The hotel had an excellent location with fine views of the bay. It was centrally located, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The facilities were great and catered to all needs. the staff were professional and cute, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The quality of the shampoo and conditioner provided in the room was not up to par. It would have been better if the hotel offered higher quality toiletries.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect and the facilities were great. The hotel is located in the city center, making it close to all the tourist hotspots. it is right next door to a shopping center, yet still nestled in a peaceful area. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the Gardens by the Bay area, with the Bay promenade just across the street. It's also conveniently situated next to a shopping mall, making it easy to satisfy any retail cravings. The rooms are comfortable and offer great views of the city, with spacious bathrooms adding to the overall experience. The staff is attentive and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, including personalized greetings and assistance with restaurant recommendations.

The hotel suffers from noise issues, making it difficult to truly rest or sleep soundly. The central atrium echoes, and on some nights, the noise from downstairs can be disruptive.

The breakfast buffet at Melt cafe was a true culinary delight. The variety and quality of the food options were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the Dim Sum selections and the Indian curry. The elegant seating and multiple rooms made the experience even better. The fourth night free offer made this luxurious hotel a great value. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The pool area was super clean and the pool service was attentive. The view from the room towards Marina Bay Sands and the Ferris wheel was excellent. Despite a few minor drawbacks like dated rooms and the need to pay for WiFi, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room had a stunning view, and breakfast was enjoyable. The pool area and gym were also great. The location was convenient, within walking distance to Marina Bay Sands. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Cherry Garden restaurant served delicious food.

We were amazed by exclusive amenities like a Spa & wellness centre, an outdoor swimming pool with a fantastic view, poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area. the room had private facilities, which made us feel like VIPs. In-room breakfast was a great advantage. the location was fantastic, near the Marina Bay and the Flyer.

One minor issue was that the pool's shallow end was too small for our liking. this was insignificant compared to all the good things we experienced here.

Staff awareness, crowded lobby handled well, allowing non-reservation guests at the pool, efficient management of pool occupancy, fantastic views from pool and room.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and comfortable beds. The poolside bar was a pleasant surprise, offering great service and a beautiful view. The location was perfect, with easy access to malls, attractions like Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay, and the Promenade MRT station. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Special mention to Sherlyne at reception for making our check-in smooth and memorable.

The spa facilities need improvement, as they lack certain amenities like a private pool and mixed sauna and steam rooms.

Amazing service and thoughtfulness of the staff. They were pretty good too accommodate my child's severe food allergy, ensuring she had safe meals prepared. The breakfast buffet at Melt was splendid with gluten-free options. The hotel itself may be a little dated, but it exudes grandeur and cleanliness in every detail. I highly recommend this hotel for its really good service and attention to personal needs.
